Founder & Director — RB | Engineering & Contracts

I believe in engineering as a discipline of clarity and in contracts as a framework of integrity. My job is to transform uncertainty into strategic decisions based on evidence.

Throughout more than two decades in infrastructure, energy, and mining projects, I have observed that complex projects do not fail due to a lack of technical information. They fail because the conversation between technology, contracts, and documentation is fragmented, and decisions are made without a framework that integrates them.

The RBIC Method was born from that observation. Not as a theoretical methodology, but as a tool of professional judgment: a system to identify what matters, evaluate the real benefit of each decision, ensure the integrity of evidence, and produce the clarity that decision-makers need.

RBIC does not compete on volume. It intervenes where the project demands depth of criteria, professional independence, and real traceability.

Judgment Domains

Engineering and Technical Criteria

Decision-oriented technical analysis, not detail design. Engineering as a discipline of clarity over project complexity.

Contracts and Governance

Contractual reading integrated with technical reality. Governance as a system that protects decisions, not as an administrative process.

Evidence and Documentary Integrity

Documentation designed as a verifiable system of evidence. Real traceability between technical, contractual, and documentary decisions.

Risk and Executive Clarity

Identification of risks with a focus on consequences, not lists. Synthesis that allows for making decisions with foundation and speed.

The Founder's perspective shaped the RBIC Method: a framework that integrates applied engineering, contractual reading, documentary integrity, and executive clarity into a single decision-making system.
